EDM Models are delighted to have been appointed as the exclusive supplier of DCC and DCC/sound equipped loco’s by Minerva Model Railways. Building on our success at creating a sound project for the Ixion Fowler we once again teamed up with noted DCC Sound Specialist Paul Chetter to create a special sound project just for the Minerva Model Railway Peckett E class using all new recordings. The sound project includes `real drive’ that puts you in the cab and the following features.

Peckett E class with DCC & Sound Ready to Run

We offer three options for DCC & Sound if you already have the loco
Custom Install: If you already have a Peckett and you would like us to install DCC & Sound complete with custom-made keep alive and speaker then this is the option for you. Send us your loco, we install all the kit and set it all up before returning it to you all ready to go.
Installation Kit: This is a kit containing all the bits, ZIMO decoder, Custom Keep alive & speaker. It comes with plug and socket fitted to the keep alive and decoder. The speaker is soldered already, and sticky pads are provided to mount it all. All you require is a bit of insulation tape, a length of wire or string and some patience. The decoder settings are adjusted to those we have found to be best with our installs
Decoder Only: This is just a ZIMO MX450 decoder programmed with the sound project only.
