We aim to give as true a representation of all of our products as possible and have taken care in the preparation of this website to be as accurate as possible. We are sorry for any errors or emissions we may have made, but will do our utmost to provide the best possible service at all times.

If there are any items missing from your order please contact us immediately. Any shortages or errors must be reported within 14 days of receipt. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us so that we can do our best to resolve any problems.

If your parcel arrives damaged we will need photographic evidence in order to make an insurance claim and reimburse you. Photos should be in focus and well lit, so that the damage can be clearly seen in the image. The photos need to show that the parcel was well wrapped, the external damage and the internal damage to the contents. Please keep all of the packaging.

All dimensions given are approximate and may vary slightly. Colours seen on your computer screen, or as a printout, should only be viewed as a rough guide as they will vary from monitor to monitor.

We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Made to order items can take up to thirty days to deliver and, occasionally, it may take longer. If you need your order urgently, please contact us before ordering.

We reserve the right to change the price of any product and to alter or withdraw any products at any time without prior notice.

We reserve the right to refuse any order or payment as we see fit, without need to give a reason.

If we are ordering items in against your order and explain this to be the case then the order cannot be cancelled, or if it is, the payment is not refundable.

To save on packaging we may pack multiple orders of the same product together – please let us know if you need products packing individually.
