THIS IS A STANDARD JIB CRANE. They were used for moving heavy loads at station platforms, in yards and industrial locoations. A typical use wouold be to lift a truck so a wheelset could be changed or for lifting loards in and out of wagons
The kist is injection moulded in grey styrene and includes fine chain. It is listed as being for all scales as its a small crane in the bigger scales and a large one in the smaller scales but its aimed at 1:48 O scale
