Typically, the act of springing them into a chassis can do this. Making the fit tighter is a compromise between making the printed centres fatter and maintaining the fine appearance of the wheel. We&#8217;re learning as we go. (a mate used to teach IT and he reconned he was the expert because he was two pages ahead of the students in the manual). Our usual response is to exchange for new unless you have done something really silly with them.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Constant Development<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>As were learning we are constantly developing the product so what you buy today might be a little bit different to what you bought in January. More of the same might be more of the similar.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Known Issues Blog<\/span><\/h3>\n<table class=\" aligncenter\" style=\"width: 79.4131%; border-collapse: collapse;\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"width: 9.19732%;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><em>Tyres coming loose<\/em><\/span><\/strong><\/td>\n<td style=\"width: 26.2542%;\"><em><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Some early production wheels have had their tyres fall off seemingly in the post. We done several things to try and address this: &#8211;<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em><span style=\"color: #000080;\">changed the glue<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><span style=\"color: #000080;\">changed the gluing preparation\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><span style=\"color: #000080;\">changed the application process<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><em>Testing suggests this has sorted the issue but we await user feedback<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"width: 9.19732%;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #003366;\"><em>Wobbly Wheels<\/em><\/span><\/strong><\/td>\n<td style=\"width: 26.2542%;\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\"><em>A small number got past our QA check (means I didn&#8217;t notice) where the tyre wobbled a bit. This was, I think, due to an issue with the tool that presses the centre into the tyre not always pressing the centres fully home due to a build up of glue. Two actions have been taken.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: #003366;\"><em>The 3D printed parts in the development press have been changed to a slightly revised design in brass that doesn&#8217;t have the surface the glue built up on and they can also be washed in acetone to remove any build up anywhere on them.<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #003366;\"><em>All wheels get a roll test at packing.
